Watched American Idol this evening, and must confess that I was taken by the performance of Kristy Lee Cook. GF kept saying she is terrible and should be
voted off, but I think that she gets enough votes of red-blooded Americans who like country music, and all the other contestants have to split the votes of the
R&B and power ballad fans...which means she stays on for another round or two just because she's different.
I must say I would like to see someone cover a JCF tune on the show....let's say Chekize singing "Long As I Can See the Light." Anyone else have a JCF song they would like to hear one of the contestants sing next week?
